Nabema Collectibles – Refunds, Returns & Store Policy

Sale Items & Discounted Orders

All items purchased using a discount code or during a sale period are final sale. No refunds or cancellations are permitted on discounted items.

 


 

Singles Orders

All single-card purchases are final sale. Singles cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason.

 


 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cancelled before release are subject to a 10% restocking fee when refunded to the original form of payment.

Pre-orders may be cancelled in full to store credit with no fee.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled during release week. No exceptions.

 


 

Regular-Priced Orders

Orders for regularly priced items may be refunded to the original form of payment only if the order has not yet been fulfilled or processed.

Once an order has been fulfilled or processed, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded.

Approved refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

 


 

In-Store Pickup Orders

Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, cancellations are refundable to store credit only.

Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card.

If pickup notification has not yet been sent, the order may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

 


 

Returns

We do not accept returns on:

Trading card game (TCG) products

Sports cards

Opened products

Products with manufacturer defects

For all other eligible items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Shipping & Product Condition

There are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit issued for ripped or damaged sealed boxes.

This can occur during shipping from manufacturers such as Pokémon and other suppliers and is not considered a valid reason for a refund or exchange.

 


 

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased during sale periods.

If the price of an item drops before it ships, we may issue a price adjustment in the form of store credit only.

 


 

Additional Policy Notes

Store credit is non-transferable.

All policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

No exceptions will be made to these policies.
