Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Pre-order items ship once inventory arrives and becomes available.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including Canpar, Canada Post, UPS, and other courier partners depending on destination and package size.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed once a package is in courier possession.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery depending on order value, courier requirements, or destination.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Nabema Collectibles due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, inability to sign for delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Reshipment will only occur once the package has been returned to us. In certain cases, Nabema Collectibles may waive these charges at our discretion as a courtesy.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in filing a courier claim.

Preorders & Split Shipments

Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

International Orders & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost charged by Nabema Collectibles.

Nabema Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import charges.
