Pre-Order Policy – Nabema Collectibles

By placing a pre-order with Nabema Collectibles, you agree to the following terms:

• Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. No exceptions.

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of release.
  After this point, all pre-orders are FINAL SALE.

• Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items in the order have arrived.

• Split shipping:
  If you wish to have in-stock items shipped before the pre-order arrives, an additional shipping fee applies:

  • $8.95 within Ontario

  • $12.99 outside Ontario

• Allocations & quantity adjustments:
  Pre-orders are subject to distributor allocations. If supply becomes limited, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

• We reserve the right to adjust quantities on a case-by-case basis. This includes, but is not limited to, high-demand items, buyouts, or suspected resale orders. Customers will be notified of any changes.

• All policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
